A Bug Report?
| The descriptions of bugs that you, the users, send for us to resolve is called a Report. When you file a bug-related report, if you can follow the following rules and requirements only then will these reports have any true effectiveness. |

The report should be as descripives as possible >EX) After the language begins and the start bottom is pressed. a 'server connection error' error message appears and the launcher |

Please copy the error message exactly and completely. |

Go to the lower left [Start] Button then click the [Run] button and then finally type dxdiage into the Window. A popup window will appear. In that window there will be a button on the button with a [Save all information] label, please click it. Once that is done this will save all information about your pc's status into a file. Open that file and copy all content within to the bottom of your report. |
